We currently represent 18 Japanese players.  We scout and represent Japanese players that we believe suitable for the US market.   Our scouting goes into amateur, released Japan pros, and other hidden markets that non-Japanese entities had no access to in the past.

In efforts to help enhance non-Japanese clubs' ability to scout Japanese players effectively as well as to expand our horizons in representations of Japanese players, we created and operate an online scouting system that allows non-US clubs find Japanese talents without being there in Japan. 

This system is provided free.  It is simple.  (1) Clubs use our database online, (2) find a player(s) of their interest, and (3) let us know about him.  (4) We will make a contact to that player to resume scouting for the club.  

It is a format of "if you find a player, we find our client."  

This database is created based on the fact that every year, the Japanese Draft results in leaving a lot of great talents considered as part of top 200-300 without a place to play because only 96 free agent amateurs are permitted to become professional a year.
