Damian Dantibo (19) of Oregon was acquired by a Japanese Indy team on March 12th 2005.  After carefully discussing the opportunity, we secured a private workout for Damian in Japan.  As he performed well at the tryout, the contract was awarded to him right off the bat.  He has already settled in and started his new life in Japan. 

The team provides him one year contract including, salary, housing, visa, health insurance, reimbursement of his round trip ticket to Japan, etc. 

The key to his success was that he took a risk flying with his expense and show them himself in live action.   Just sending your stats and info is not good enough.  If you want to play in Japan, you need to go there.  They do not even care looking at your stats or listen to you and your agent bragging.  They want to see you play.  You have to make a move at a right time for a right opportunity. 

Using our baseball industry network in Japan, we will provide customized services for the US players.  If you have any baseball related services you would like to receive, please let us know.  We will examine the request and find a way to realize it.
